We are looking for a full-time Technical Support / Product Testing Specialist to provide technical support to our growing customer base along with hardware and software product testing. The three prime requirements are technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, hands-on experience with testing hardware/software, and interpersonal competence to make customers feel comforted and valued. You should be smart, nice, and dedicated to perfect implementation.
