Job Summary:
Do you have a passion for driving online traffic and a knack for understanding local search? We're looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team and propel our plumbing company to the top of search engine results pages (SERPs).
In this results-oriented role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy specifically tailored to the plumbing industry. You'll wear many hats, from crafting keyword-rich content to building valuable backlinks, all with the goal of attracting more qualified leads and growing our online presence.
Do you have a proven track record of success in the home service industry, especially plumbing? If so, that’s a big plus!
Responsibilities:
● Plumbing SEO Expertise: Conduct in-depth keyword research targeting local plumbing services and user intent.
● Content Creation: Develop high-quality content (blogs, articles, service pages) that educates potential customers, improves website ranking, and establishes our company as a thought leader in the plumbing industry.
● Technical SEO: Optimize website structure, meta descriptions, and page speed for search engines and user experience.
● Analytics Ace: Track website traffic, analyze user behavior, and generate reports to measure SEO campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Link Building: Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant industry websites and local publications.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
● 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist with a proven track record of success in the home service industry.
● In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
● Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, SEM Rush.
● Excellent research and writing skills.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data.
● Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
