Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & PR Manager to manage our online presence, collaborate with models and influencers, and enhance our brand’s visibility through strategic PR efforts. This person will be responsible for content creation, influencer outreach, and media relations to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Create engaging content (videos, graphics, and copy) that aligns with our brand identity.
- Schedule and monitor posts, track engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Stay updated on trends and algorithm changes to optimize content.
- Influencer & Model Coordination:
- Identify and establish relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to promote Zomi Gems & Tiny Treats.
- Find and coordinate models (kids and teens) for content creation, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand aesthetics.
- Manage product gifting, contracts, and collaborations with influencers.
- Track influencer performance and campaign ROI.
- Public Relations & Brand Awareness:
- Develop PR strategies to secure media coverage in relevant fashion and lifestyle outlets.
- Pitch brand stories and products to journalists, bloggers, and media professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with press contacts.
- Organize brand events, influencer meetups, and collaborations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and public relations.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
- Experience with influencer outreach and content creation.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to track and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with social media tools like Canva, Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar scheduling/analytics platforms.
- A passion for fashion, accessories, and kids’ lifestyle brands is a plus!
