We are looking for a motivated and outgoing IOP Center Specialist focused on patient outreach and recruitment. This role is responsible for finding, connecting with, and referring new patients to our center. The specialist will build relationships with the community, promote our services, and help grow our patient base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential patients through outreach, networking, and community engagement.
Build relationships with local clinics, physicians, and community organizations to generate referrals.
Educate prospective patients about our services and programs.
Attend community events and represent the center to increase visibility.
Track and report outreach efforts and patient leads.
Support marketing initiatives (flyers, online postings, social media outreach).
Qualifications
Previous experience in outreach, sales, or community relations preferred.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
