ChargeSentry is actively searching for a mission-driven, detail-oriented corporate relations & Marketing Assistant to join the team. This is a full-time position focused on assisting with all the companies various marketing initiations, as well as assisting with the outreach and management of the organization’s corporate partners.
This position is currently remote but may require the Marketing Assistant to be in our office in the future.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including writing content and developing graphics in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist leadership in client research and new business development
- Be comfortable working in CRM and database environments in order to track prospects and sales pipeline
- Assist leadership with management and coordination of marketing initiativesRequired Skills:
To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements:
1-3 years in an online-service environment
Experience with marketing channels (PPC, Social, Affiliate, Influencer, display)
Experience with sales/content writing
Strong experience with new business research and outreach
Positive attitude and strong work ethic with work hour flexibility in event of tight deadlines
Superior Microsoft Office
Demonstrated writing, editing, proof-reading skills
Good eye for modern web design
Excellent time management
Comfortable working independently and in teams at all personnel levels
Social media experience
CRM and database experience preferred\
Nice to have Skills:
Experience with (online service/SaaS, fintech/financial service company, payment processing)
