we're a corporation looking to hire someone p/t to work remotely
duties include:
- prepare small claims filings (claims, answers, exchange of evidence, statement of assests)
- coordinate service of process (then file proof of service)
- appear in court remotely.
requirements:
- some legal background
- must be able to work with our Google app
- paralegal preferred - you'd working p/t for our corp thereby allowing you to represent us in court
- experience with property management a plus
