Our law firm is looking for an aggressive and professional Personal injury negotiator, and a demand writer. You will be joining a top-notch law firm in South California with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Negotiator:
Must have knowledge of PERSONAL INJURY LAW;
Must have one year minimum of experience negotiating PI cases.
Ability to follow instructions;
Must be organized, motivated and able to multitask;
Some of the duties include managing Personal Injury files, answering phones, faxing, writing letters, copying, mail, working on settlement packages.
Demand writer:
Must have excellent vocabulary, grammar and writing skills;
Must be able to write persuasive demands to insurance carriers;
Must be able to express and summarize the facts, review medical records and identify key medical issues through an understanding of medical terminology;
Must be organized, motivated and able to multitask.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment;
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
