Seeking associate attorney to primarily handle personal injury matters (possibly real estate, business litigation, and landlord/tenant as well). There are two openings: (1) pre-litigation associate and (2) litigation associate. The candidate will be expected to work in our Woodland Hills office at least 2-3 days per week.
Litigation associate:
Must be able to draft pleadings and motions, draft and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and have strong communication skills.
Pre-litigaiton associate:
Must be able to evaluate new potential cases, review and analyze existing cases, consider pre-litigation strategy, review medical records, and communicate well with others.
