Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research: Stay abreast of evolving legal landscapes by conducting comprehensive research, ensuring compliance with current real estate laws and regulations.

Contract Drafting and Review: Employ your proficiency in real estate law to draft, review, and negotiate contracts that safeguard our company's interests.

Litigation Support: Provide assistance throughout civil and small claims litigation processes, including the preparation of legal documents and representation as necessary.

Advisory Role: Act as the primary legal advisor for our team, offering strategic counsel on various real estate-related legal matters.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing.

Demonstrated expertise in real estate law, including familiarity with rental market dynamics.

Proficiency in researching, interpreting, and applying legal statutes, regulations, and case law.

Strong drafting and reviewing skills for legal documents.

Experience with civil and small claims litigation.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
