Growing law firm needs help with heavy case load.
Great opportunity for someone in law school, someone who wants to become a skilled paralegal, a new lawyer or future lawyer who wants to learn litigation and the lucrative field of employment law.
Cases are mostly employment cases for wage and hour violations so employment law experience would be great, but is not necessary for someone who is interested in the field of employment law. Other cases include personal injury and insurance claims.
Starting compensation: $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Must:
1. Be able to come to the office in Tarzana.
2. Accept that work with office is part time and temporary.
3. Accept that pay can start at $20.00 per hour.
4. Ready to work now.
5. Be very careful with dates as well as be able to take careful notes.
6. Be able to perform tasks quickly BUT accurately and also be able to multitask.
Opportunity is part-time at this moment as the office is new and growing. Must be willing to accept such commitments as work is not steady.
