small law office seeks Spanish speaking paralegal or assistant, Must have 3-4 years experience in:
1. Prep of USCIS forms and supporting evidence I-130, I-589, I-485, U Visa, VAWA, SIJS or
2. EOIR- Motions (To reopen, terminate) , I-589, Pre-hearing briefs or
3. Prosecutorial Discretion Requests or
4. SIJS state guardianship forms/filing
5. NVC DS forms and Lawyer's Packet
Can work remotely. On weekends or after workhours. Flexibility as long as work is done.
