Firm is looking to hire a 1099 attorney with experience in drafting prenuptial agreements and reviewing prenuptial agreements. We work with a DIY drafting service and members speak to us about their prenups and to review/modify them.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working 1-on-1 with clients, answering questions and assisting with modifications to the client prenup.
CA bar required (licensed in multiple states is a plus and will include a higher rate)
Compensation is $100-200 per prenup plus $20 for each Q&A call. Prenup reviews (and modifications if done during the call) are booked at 1 hour time increments (additional time may be required as clients sometimes need to negotiate between themselves based on individualized recommendations)
This is a 1099 position; you make your own hours. Perfect for those that want to make extra side money.
This is fully remote, everything is done online via the platform, emails and texts/calls.
