We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Processing & Customer Service Clerk. This position combines document review, data entry, quality control, and responsive client communication. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, process, and quality-check legal and business documents with precision
Perform accurate and timely data entry as needed
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all document handling
Communicate effectively with clients by phone, email, and in person
Track and organize work to meet deadlines and service standards
Provide professional customer service while resolving client questions or concerns
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain consistency
Qualifications
Prior customer service, data entry, or document handling experience required
Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with computer-based systems
Legal industry experience a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time, on-site position in Downtown Los Angeles
