Job Title: Contract Attorney - Personal Injury Law

Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with a focus on personal injury cases.
Take depositions of witnesses, including experts, as needed.
Defend depositions in ongoing personal injury cases.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in California
Minimum 7 Years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Experience taking and defending depositions.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
negotiable based on experience
