Plaintiff personal injury law firm needs experienced case manager for pre-litigation development of cases. Ex- insurance claims adjusters are welcome. Experience needed. Requirements:, job duties and responsibilities, include managing approx. 100 - 150 files from sign up to ready to demand stage. monitoring all aspects of the case pre-lit development , including, liability (fault) investigation, collectability, and insurance verification, and damages, injuries, treatment and care. Communicating with the insurance companies, medical facilities and most importantly with the clients. handling property damage. sending representation letters. Using Casepeer case management program plus hard paper files. Must be extremely organized, hard working, efficient, and work well as a team.
