Position Overview:
As a Personal Injury Case Manager you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients throughout their personal injury claims. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the legal process and ensuring their needs are met.
Handle all aspects of personal injury claims.Must be self sufficient, have experience handling all aspects of personal injury claim from A to Z.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their cases, answer their questions, and provide emotional support.
Case Management: Oversee and manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate case documentation, including medical records, police reports, and correspondence.
Investigation: Collaborate with attorneys and investigators to gather evidence, interview witnesses, and build a strong case.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in personal injury law or case management
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in legal software and case management tools (e.g., case management software, Microsoft Office)
