Responsibilities
Associate will mainly handle Motion Practice of a busy Plaintiff-side Employment Law Firm.
Drafting Complaints;
Propound and Respond to Discovery, Meet & Confers and Motions to Compel;
Opposing Demurrers and Motions for Summary Judgment
Qualifications
Minimum two years experience in Employment Defense/ Litigation:
Motion Practice is a must
Motion for Summary Judgments
Motions to Compel
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000.00
