Small plaintiff's personal injury law firm is in need of an associate attorney. I believe this is the best firm for new attorneys to learn litigation. This is a very easy-going practice. You will start off with individual assignments, not managing cases on your own from A-Z. Eventually, you will get there but for the first couple of years, individual assignments will be given to you and you will be taught how to complete each assignment. This makes it less stressful for you. If you prefer to be an attorney that does the written work and does not want to participate in trials, this may be the perfect position for you. If you want to try depositions and/or trial that would be great too (you will receive a generous bonus for your trial victories). We are very flexible with how you want to achieve your career goals.
