Job Overview
As a Window Washer and Pressure Washer, you will play a crucial role in preserving the beauty and
value of our luxury villa properties. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining windows
and exterior surfaces to ensure they are spotless and free of dirt, grime, and mildew.
Key Responsibilities:
● Window Cleaning:
○ Clean and polish windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces, ensuring streak-free
results.
○ Inspect windows for damage, such as cracks or chips, and report any issues to the
Maintenance Manager.
○ Work collaboratively with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to schedule window
cleaning during property turnovers or as needed.
○ Maintain and store window cleaning tools and equipment.
● Pressure Washing:
○ Clean and maintain exterior surfaces, such as siding, decks, patios, and driveways, using
pressure washing equipment.
○ Remove dirt, grime, mildew, and other contaminants from surfaces.
○ Inspect surfaces for damage and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.
○ Adhere to safety protocols when operating pressure washing equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, climb, and work at heights for extended periods.
● Safety Awareness: Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols when working with cleaning
chemicals, ladders, and lifts.
● Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet high-quality standards.
● Reliable and Punctual: A consistent and dependable work ethic.
● Valid Driver's License: Required for travel between properties.
● Experience in window cleaning and pressure washing preferred.
