Seeking Pressure Washer for Property Management Company
At least 2 years of experience working in residential homes is a plus
Maintenance experience is a plus
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD IS A MUST
Friendly, professional, and great communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
Experience with Yardi App a plus
Monday through Friday
Company van and power wash tools provided
Work on a two-man crew and sometimes independently
Assist in monitoring the water pressure amount used
Mix chemicals that are used in pressure wash machine: Red APC degreaser & Dawn Soap
Help maintain equipment in safe and good working order
Submit daily report by property using the Yardi App
Ensure every day that proper safety is used while performing duties to ensure Tenant and your safety
