Position: Full-Time Handyman
We’re looking for a dependable, experienced handyman to join our team full-time! You’ll work alongside a contractor, helping to maintain and improve our properties with a focus on flooring and unit remodeling.
Requirements:
Strong experience in flooring and unit remodeling
Well-rounded handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, general repairs, etc.)
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
Must have a car and basic tools
Ready to start at 7:00 AM daily
Based in or near the Santa Monica area
