We are seeking a reliable and skilled Plumbing Handyman to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will perform a variety of plumbing repairs and general handyman tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is experienced, professional, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, running toilets, etc.)
Install and replace faucets, sinks, toilets, and other fixtures
Perform basic pipe work, soldering, and fitting
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Assist with general handyman work (minor drywall, caulking, appliance hookups, etc.)
Communicate clearly with tenants, residents, or property managers
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of plumbing or handyman experience
Basic knowledge of local plumbing codes
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own tools (preferred, or company-provided)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
Good communication and customer service skills
