Are you an independent contractor/individual looking to supplement your income? We're looking for a reliable, responsible, dog friendly, hardworking individual to work at a beautiful contemporary property. As grounds person, you're responsible for ensuring that the exterior of the property is kept clean, presentable and in good shape. Your duties will cover the following areas:
- Area directly in front of property
- Driveway, pedestrian and side gates
- Garage
- Trash area
- Exterior furniture/umbrellas, patios, outside kitchen and BBQ, pool equipment area
- Storage room
- Rooftop deck
- Balconies
- Any handyman repairs within your scope of expertise
- Helping the housekeeper with any heavy lifting
The hours/days are flexible, you can work one full day, or two half days, Wednesday or Friday preferably, please be reliable and be dog friendly. There are more hours/days available at another location in Beverly Hills, so this could be a 3-4 day role.
Previous private service experience is preferred, successful applicant must be fluent in English, and be prepared to submit to a background check and have reliable transportation. Satisfactory references and proof of ID will also be required. Please send a resume or work history. Thank you!
