Seeking dependable experienced Project Manager with estimating experience to work out of our Northridge location. We work in cities within a 40-mile radius which includes the current burn areas. Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and oversee mitigation crews including outside vendors
Provide Scope and ability to sketch losses and upload to Xactimate when needed.
Detail review of job site documentation to align with requirements and streamline the billing process.
Excellent communication skills specifically with customers, staff and insurance representatives.
Management of production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and materials.
Document detailed and accurate notes with supporting documentation and photos.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Stand, walk, and drive for extended periods; occasionally sit, climb ladders, and use scaffolding or lifts. Frequently work around chemicals, at ceiling heights, in confined spaces (like crawl spaces, attics), and overhead.
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing.
IICRC (WTR, ASD, AMRT and FSRT) Certified or ability to obtain.
Experience with Xactanalysis, Xactimate, DASH, MICA/Mitigate.
Evening and weekend work required.
