Job Requirement
5+ years of experience in a property maintenance, porter, or make ready position within hotel, motel or apartment communities.
Hands-on experience utilizing a wide variety of hand and power tools
Must have experience in construction and repair including patching, painting, electrical, plumbing, air conditioners, furniture, tools, carpentry, laundry machines, vending machines, roof, landscape and more.
