SUMMARY:
Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines and equipment by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Troubleshoot maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement. Support customer onsite and install new machineries and maintain old machineries.
Support warehouse with distribution and also help maintain office and building.
Use a variety of test equipment, machines, hand tools and computer aided equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and production needs in an expeditious professional manner.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures or breakdowns.
Perform maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules, utilizing appropriate blueprints, diagrams, sketches, national codes
and verbal/written instructions.
Maintain a clean and orderly shop and work area.
Operate company forklift, loading and unloading customer parts.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record. Forklift operating experience, forklift operating certificate a plus. Traveling is required by air and car.
