We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in DTLA, 90012.
About the Position:
Maintenance technicians are responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including service requests, preventative maintenance, and relations with associates, contractors, and team members.
Duties include:
Plumbing: repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals
Electrical: repair, replace or install power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems
Painting, drywall, plaster
Preventative maintenance: perform overall maintenance for building according to daily and weekly schedule.
Knowledge of locks installation and re-key a plus
1 Year Experience in Maintenance Preferred
