We are looking for a professional maintenance technician capable of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Makes minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
Performs general property maintenance and associated duties
Understand maintaining pools and jacuzzis
Identify and report the need for major repairs to management
Must always uphold safety standards
Must uphold company policies and procedures
Must uphold Store Service Quality and Efficiency
Strength and Stamina: ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 5 to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
Experience as General Laborer skills
Must be knowledgeable in Basic Handyman skills
Responsible and dependable
Team Player and Safety orientated
Good problem solver
Must have the ability to communicate well with others
The skills and knowledge required would generally be obtained with previous experience in building maintenance work. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved oral or written instructions.
Interpersonal Skills: ability to relate to officials, staff and public in a courteous manner.
