Area of Responsibility (AOR):
- Work eight hours a day, Monday through Friday.
- Be on call once a month for a week, available 24 hours a day.
- Capable of completing various maintenance tasks including minimal electrical work (e.g., outlets, switches), basic plumbing (e.g., unclogging, minor repairs), small patching, windows screens, door locks, and other maintenance-related activities.
- Follow work orders using our software and independently manage your daily schedule.
- Start the clock when driving to the job site and stop upon completion, ensuring all notes, receipts, and pictures are recorded and sent to billing.

Compensation:
- Initial three months at $23.00 an hour
- After three months, salary increases to $24.00 an hour
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days of combined personal and sick leave per year, starting after the first six months. Additional holidays include New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
