Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential/Commercial Construction Superintendent to assist the owner with a commercial construction project and two residential construction projects as well as minor handyman work of rental properties.
Property/Project locations are Beverly Hills and Hollywood
Duties:
- Oversee construction activities on-site for multiple sites
- Coordinate work between subcontractors, vendors and general contractor
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards and cleanliness
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders
- Provide daily updates to owner regarding daily progress and milestone completion
- Assist owner with special construction related projects and detail work
- Rental property inspection and provide minor repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Bilingual English/Spanish, read and write preferred
Full Time work
Typically Monday through Friday with some weekend work.
