Main Responsibilities:

Check important systems like heating, air conditioning, water pipes, lights, and security to make sure they work.

Work with outside companies or workers for regular repairs or when there is an emergency. Make sure their work is finished correctly.

Keep track of how much money is spent on building needs and look for ways to save money.

Make sure the building follows safety rules, fire laws, and environmental rules.

Keep supplies and tools organized and ready to use.

Set up regular maintenance plans to stop problems before they happen.

Work with Human Resources (HR) and Operations teams to help with what the workplace needs.
