Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of landscapes for multiple contracts throughout Los Angeles County. This role involves managing maintenance crews, ensuring the quality and timeliness of work, and fostering positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead landscape maintenance crews, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.

Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation.

Inspect sites regularly to assess the condition of landscapes and identify any maintenance needs or issues.

Ensure that maintenance work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Train and mentor maintenance crew members, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.

Communicate with clients to address maintenance requests, provide updates on service schedules, and resolve any issues or concerns.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, equipment, and materials.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of local plant species and landscape maintenance practices in California is a plus.
