You will also assist in managing the creation of landscape features, such as flowerbeds, installation of irrigation, lighting and planting. Irrigation and lighting install and programming is a plus. The job requires heavy lifting, moving of bulky items and lifting of 50 lbs. The job also involves the operation of equipment, such as chain saw and heavy equipment. A foreman will be responsible for supervising, directing, managing crews for maximum efficiency, quality of work, ensure all safety rules and company policies are followed by all crew members. This employee is bilingual spanish and english, has excellent organizational, leadership and time management skills.
- You must have the ability to listen, understand, follow directions and work in a variety of roles.
- You must be able to use hand and power tools.
- You must be responsible for safe, efficient and quality completion of tasks assigned by supervisor.
- You must report any issues to supervisor.
- You must maintain a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with customers and crew members.
- You must perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work in fast pace work environment.
- Must be able to work outside for long periods of time.
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, an lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
