We are looking for a dependable janitor to help keep our building clean and in good condition at 120 E 8th St, Downtown LA.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling bins
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed (changing locks, fixing door handles, etc.)
Open and close the building as required
Report any major maintenance issues
Requirements:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
Basic handyman skills a plus
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time, flexible shifts
