We are a third party logistics company looking to hire a floor lead to help oversee our inventory control processes and develop a team of associates at our fulfillment center.
Responsibilities Include:
Work directly with team leaders to help resolve all merchant issues and concerns
Coordinate with operations team when necessary
Ensure work is being completed
Track key performance indicators for picking/packing to ensure team is meeting the standard
Sending recap at end of shift and checklist to ensure all tasks are closed accordingly
Report any issues, concerns, suggestions to operation manager whenever needed
Train team members at the facility and set expectations
Desired skills and qualifications:
Computer skills
5 years of supervising experience
5 years of managing teams of 30+ people
Email etiquette
Must be bilingual
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have prior experience in a 3PL logistics warehouse
1st shift Monday- Thursday 6am-4:30pm or Friday- Sunday 6am-7pm
Location: Rancho Dominguez
Pay rate: $22 DOE
