Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated Houseman to join our team for the evening shift! This position offers a steady schedule from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Your role will be essential in keeping our facility clean, organized, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, hallways, and lobbies.
Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, toiletries, and other necessary supplies.
Perform minor maintenance tasks (e.g., fixing light fixtures, unclogging drains).
Assist in setting up rooms for events and moving furniture as needed.
Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments.
Requirements:
Experience as a Houseman, Janitor, or similar role is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and quality in all tasks.
Availability for the 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM shift, including weekends or holidays as needed.
