We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to help manage and maintain our home. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, inquisitive and takes pride in creating a clean, harmonious living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Household Cleaning: Regular cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and tidying indoors and outdoors. Includes bathrooms, dishes, laundry, ironing, and restocking supplies, watering plants.
Organization: Maintain tidy spaces, put items away, including finding out of place items and fixing them, and follow established organizational systems. Ask questions and make recommendations when needed. An excellent candidate will have some experience in organization.
Household Maintenance: Replace lightbulbs and batteries, clean air filters, organize spaces, and unpack luggage from trips as needed. Clean refrigerator for waste, unpack or pack holiday supplies.
Outdoor Maintenance: Basic care for outdoor furniture, garden, and hot tub upkeep. Refill bird feeders and ant traps.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong English skills a must; fluent Spanish is quite helpful.
Demonstrated Computer proficiency for managing lists and emails and task tracking.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Reliable, discreet, and honest.
Ability to track and follow directions accurately.
Proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with cats and flexible schedules.
