most of the time spent cleaning , other times general labor
compensation: $20/hour , paid at end of the day. CASH, NO TAXES, NOT REPORTED TO IRS.
general house cleaning:
vacuum/mop floors
clean bathroom
clean kitchen
laundry sheets
General labor :
basic painting - primer and touchups
basic landscapping - use lawnmover , rake leaves
sweep driveway etc and other similar type of labor
basic plumbing knowledge would be a plus but not required
basic electrical knowledge would be a plus but not required
Requirements:
clean record, minor stuff okay, as long as upfront. background will be done.
speak and read english
must have a reliable vehicle, within 20 mins from Downey CA
