We are looking for a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial framing, be detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. You will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install wood or metal framing for structures.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
Assemble and install prefabricated wood or steel components.
Install windows, doors, and other structural components.
Ensure all work meets safety codes and regulations.
Work with other trades to coordinate tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate power tools and equipment safely.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a framing carpenter (minimum of 5 years).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.
Physical stamina and strength to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
