Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner
Pick up trash if seen on grounds
Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
Must have truck to pick up materials
Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete work orders
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
Painting
Minor Plumbing
Minor Carpentry
Other building maintenance items as needed
Multiple properties from Pasadena to Covina
Experience in a similar position, compensation is based on your experience.
