Emergency service company looking for a new member to join our Los Angeles team. We specialize in inventory, moving, packing & cleaning. We are a fun and unique company that has substantial growth opportunities, and we are looking for someone that is hardworking and dependable. Hours are Monday-Friday daytime. Weekends are available on occasion. We will train the right candidate. Please be willing to learn, have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team setting.

MUST BE ABLE TO USE A FORKLIFT (forklift certified)

A Production and Warehouse Manager oversees both the manufacturing production process and the storage and distribution of the contents within our warehouse, ensuring efficient flow of materials, timely production, and accurate inventory management by supervising staff, coordinating operations, and optimizing logistics across both departments.

Key responsibilities may include:

Production Management:

Monitoring production schedules and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Managing inventory, coordinating with procurement to maintain adequate organization of our warehouse.

Overseeing quality control measures throughout the production process.

Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks.

Optimizing production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Leading production teams and assigning tasks.

Warehouse Management:

Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing.

Maintaining accurate inventory records and utilizing inventory management systems.

Optimizing warehouse space utilization and layout.

Overseeing warehouse staff, including scheduling, training.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.

Coordination and Communication:

Collaborating with office management team to forecast demand and manage production accordingly.

Communicating with suppliers regarding materials deliveries.

Coordinating with office for scheduling pack out and pack back dates.

Reporting on production and warehouse metrics to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership and Management Skills:

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance.

Operational Expertise:

Deep understanding of production processes, warehouse operations, and logistics.

Inventory Management:

Proficiency in inventory control systems and techniques to maintain accurate details.

Quality Control:

Knowledge of quality standards and procedures to ensure product quality.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in production and warehouse operations.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with warehouse management systems, restoration and or contents history (preferred not required.)
