Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team.
Responsible for general repairs and maintenance work across various properties. This includes plumbing, electrical tasks, painting, and other handyman duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance work on residential and commercial properties.
- Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and unclogging drains.
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations, including replacing light fixtures and outlets.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
- Complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Proficiency in general repairs, plumbing, electrical, painting and more
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Must have own tools
-Must have a reliable truck for transportation of equipment and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
