Tampon Tribe is a fast-growing, sustainable period care brand dedicated to providing high-quality, metal-free, and organic products. We’re looking for a Fulfillment Supervisor to lead our small fulfillment team, ensuring smooth daily operations and top-notch efficiency in our Los Angeles facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Pack and ship orders quickly and accurately to meet daily targets.
Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels to ensure products are always available.
Team Supervision: Oversee, motivate, and encourage a small team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Performance Management: Ensure all team members meet fulfillment targets and productivity goals.
Scheduling: Create and manage team schedules to ensure proper coverage and workflow.
System Management: Use Shopify and ShipStation to process and fulfill orders.
Quality Control: Ensure all orders are packed correctly and meet brand standards.
Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline fulfillment and inventory processes for better efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience in Fulfillment & Inventory Management in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Leadership & Motivation Skills to guide and support a small team.
Proficiency in Shopify and ShipStation (experience with other inventory systems is a plus).
Detail-Oriented with a focus on accuracy in packing and tracking orders.
Ability to Track and Meet Targets to ensure operational success.
Scheduling Experience to manage team shifts effectively.
Physical Stamina to lift and move boxes as needed.
