We are looking for a mature responsible person to perform work in a professional manner. Some experience in cleaning/maintenance work. Pay for available positions are depending on experience but between $17-$19 only. Applicants need to have legal rights to work in the US.

Maintenance/Janitorial Position:
Applicant must be able to perform work including but not limited to: pressure washing, small drywall repairs(preferred, but not required) , stucco repair(preferred, but not required) , painting (preferred, but not required) ,gutter cleaning, trash bag change outs, etc. and must have reliable transportation.
Office located in Palmdale work is located in Santa Clarita at an apartment complex.
