The cleaning associate is the backbone of our business as they perform the work our clients require in their homes and businesses. Cleaning associates perform all duties associated with cleaning client homes, cleaning properties for realtors, businesses and property managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting clients upon arrival and learning their unique cleaning needs
- Performing routine cleaning such as dusting and vacuuming rooms, scouring sinks, tubs, showers and toilets, mopping and steaming floors
- Safely and consistently following all cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Working with efficiency to maximize client impact while containing costs
Qualifications:
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Learning our eco-friendly cleaning solutions
- Ability to speak effectively with clients and to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Driving self and transporting equipment from headquarters to client site, and from client to client
- Communicating with leadership to provide input on project details, client communications, issues and accidents, etc.
