Hi, I'm looking for someone to clean my airbnb in between guests. It's 2bd, 1 ba with kitchen and small living room. Total square footage is about 800sf. The unit is located in Glassell Park neighborhood.
There's a washer and dryer on the premises. I have a vacuum and cleaning supplies that can be used.
Usually takes about 2 hours to complete. Needs to happen between 11am (checkout) and 3pm (check in). Rate is $75 per clean.
I live above the airbnb and would also need general cleaning every other week. My unit is 1 bd, 2 ba, about 900 sf. Paying $100 per cleaning for that unit as it will take more like 3-4 hours to clean.
