We are a cabinetry company in the city of Norwalk working with kitchen cabinets
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment for high precision testing components.
Studies blueprints, work orders, and other specifications to ensure the proper setup sequence is being followed.
Observes each machine to verify quality performance.
Checks and refills oil and coolant levels, as well as keeping machines and area clean.
Validate the programming, checking the accuracy of CNC programs and edited programs.
Operate Manual milling machines, metal turning lathes.
Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a CNC operator or similar job.
Manufacturing experience is required
Basic Reading, writing and mathematics skills.
Able to stand all day and lift up to 50lbs
Technical certification is a plus
Experience as a supervisor is a plus
Be able to read blueprints, use measuring devices such as micrometer, caliper.
Requirements:
Passed Physical test
Vision-passes 20/20 Corrective Vision
Drug Screening- passed
E-verify
Position: CNC Machine Operator
Shift: 1st / 6:00AM – 2:30PM (OT REQUIRED)
Pay Rate: $19 - $24/HR (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
