Contract Recruiter

Contract Recruiter Needed to start right away - this is an ONSITE role.Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.Develop job postings and source candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information.Pre-screen applicants to assess their qualifications and alignment with job requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Communicate with candidates and provide updates on their application status.Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and helping new hires transition smoothly.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
