We are an outpatient Physical therapy practice located in Mission Hills, CA. Currently we have a part time position open for a physical therapy aide at our location. We are looking for someone who has a health care back ground. Bilingual is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support: Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, answering phones, managing electronic medical records, and processing paperwork and providing basic information about clinic services.
Administrative Assistance: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records in compliance with regulations.
Clinical Support: Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient visits as needed.
Overall we are a fun, friendly and family oriented team who enjoy what we do and have fun helping people.
