We are currently seeking a staff to support our male client who lives in the city of Hawthorne. The schedule is as follows: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in Hawthorne. The individual resides in his own home with a roommate and requires comprehensive assistance with personal hygiene, cooking, light cleaning, doctor appointments, and overall support.
Requirements:
- Previous caretaking experience
- Demonstrated flexibility and punctuality
- Clear background check
- Ability to treat all individuals with dignity and respect
- Patience and creativity
- Friendly demeanor and engaging personality
- Valid driver's license for daily commute assistance (mileage reimbursed at IRS rate)
- Documentation skills for daily record-keeping
- CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
